Our Story
We don't come from theory. We come from production.
Every day, we saw companies struggling with Excel, paper, and oversized software. Processes were slow, opaque, and often unnecessarily complicated.
The existing solutions didn't solve the problem. They just moved it somewhere else. Too big. Too rigid. Too far removed from the actual user.
So we started building our own tools. First for ourselves. Then for real processes inside the company.

Falk Breitfeld is a production manager and co-founder of ELIVA. He combines years of industrial operations experience with the development of practical software solutions. Together with Joshua Harwardt, he founded ELIVA to give companies tailored software that truly understands real business processes.
